Was your luck with cars better before you got married?? Mine sure as hell was. In the eleven years of driving prior to getting married, I broke a car once. ONCE… and it’s not like I was driving nice cars either. I’m sure that at least ten of them were sub-1000 dollar units. In four years of marriage, we’ve now been stranded more times than I can count, and I’ve even made an effort to buy more modern lower mileage cars.

I like our Echo. It’s dog slow, and it stinks (all Echo’s seem to)… but it’s fun and wicked on gas. If it lets us down like this again though… it won’t be forgiven.
