I haven’t had much interest in following things regarding our disparaged road course and oval in Calgary, but it recently came to my attention that the whole facility will close next year. Sad news… It’s true that the road course looked more like two drag courses, and the oval, whose infield was so damaged it was completely useless for anything but parking… but still it is all that we have. Fond memories. Years and years of fond memories.
One more reason to fully embrace the real Canadian car life.
Axle is back in the Legacy, new wheel located, brake lines in, and rough alignment done. Rough thing is that the axle didn’t fully resolve things, and there are still other issues we need to figure out. Maybe we’ll bring it out and break it good again… but… I’m not sure that’s such a good idea.
Life is hard. There is no money. I hate waiting.
