The new car is here.
RHD is messed up… at least that’s my initial impression. The car feels bent all crooked, and the wipers don’t stop. I’ll be relearning driving for a little bit, but I have no worries that I’ll catch on. Many of my friends have been driving rhd cars for years now.
There are a few disappointment with the car… that are probably a result of my hurried purchase. Nothing major yet. But everything is magnified due to the fact that this is a brand new car to me. Familiarity is valuable. Little things and gadgets that only experience can get you through will surely cause a few curses.
And a whole night dedicated to the retrieval of this car makes me feel sad. I love you Yoshiko.
Other than that… my only other driving impressions are… shift shift shift… This car is a rocket. I thought Andrews BC6 was monstrous. I honestly found it a little frightening… but this is beyond what I imagined. And it’s only running .5 bar.
I can’t wait to see how it holds up against Ryan’s new 180.
The size is fantastic. Visibility is amazing. I wish I had bigger shoes for it… and pretty soon I’m gonna need rubber other than ES100’s. The interior is great. Head room is perfect, but it’s a little tight on my legs width wise. I might end up having to make a couple changes after all. It’s also stuffed with gadgets, and I don’t know what buttons do what, or even how to turn on the tunes.
