We got just a skiff of snow this weekend, and that was enough to lock me into my plan of ending the season and preparing for next. It seems a little pre-mature, but if I’m honest, auto-x had gotten a bit boring and I find it pretty hard to justify $150 for a morning of drifting at a horrendous venue. I enjoy wrenching a lot… and because I’ve started so early this year I can do so in relatively comfortable temperatures. My recent time in the garage has been spent with some really greasy and boroi cars. The AE86 is nice to spend time with, being so clean that I barely even feel like I need to wash my hands when I’m done, and with no rusty or seized bolts anywhere.
