The deal with where we’re going is… that it’s a pretty rough place. Body damage is almost certain. Flying is almost certain. Snow is highly probable. Sounds like the territory of an All-Weather Monster. We both have lots of love and a long history in AE86… but the further into this we got, the more it started to feel like something else would be better.
Andrew’s BC is already a bit haggard, and performance wise it’s probably a better all round platform than the AE86, even if it does operate with a large disadvantage in some situations. But… we also have a decent history with BC as well… and Andrew at least has a little more love there, than he does for hachiroku. Plus… he’s already incurring body damage almost weekly in his pursuit to be a better driver. !! Ha. The car will already be a total mess… should go time ever come so it’ll be no big deal then anyways.
We get started with a TD04, intercooler and some othe little tidbits. The garage is full again.
And yeah… the AE86 stays NA!
