Past Projects
In the fall of 2001 Ryan and I started assembling and modifying cars together. All started in different forms, some from scratch, others from near full build requiring only tweaking and tuning. Nevertheless, all of these cars have been ours… we have a tendency to go through a lot: lots that never even made mention here, and some that I spent hours writing and thinking about. It is some form of A.D.D…. really. In the first few years after we teamed up, neither of us managed to make it through a single season with one car. They came and went. Mostly it was because we liked to dream, but it was also partly because there was always someone willing to buy. Cash just looks so good.

Crab Migration - AngleFactory event 1 was yesterday. With my duties as organizer, I didn't get to drive much. In fact I only did two laps during the event, and only to show a new comer the course (albiet very poorly). Running on the road course, in third gear, I have a gigantic appreciation for the pro's. With speed like that, it's a whole other game. I've actually come away from yesterday quite discouraged, with many regrets about certain aspects of the car, and my lack of time behind the wheel.
Before people showed up, I did about 30 minutes of driving with breaks in between to cool things down. [...]
My car is back on the road. The last few steps in putting it back together went about as easily as they can on a car of this age. There has been no love lost. I'm really lucky to have found such an example of 86. Several people have pointed out that despite all the work I've done, the car hasn't really changed. That's entirely true. It all really wasn't for very much. Differences from last year are as follows:
